Del has a gift for “connecting the dots” between organizations and stakeholders, brands and consumers, key influentials and communities. It is his understanding of relationships and his ability to convey the right messages at the right time that have made Del a valued resource to clients worldwide.

His 32-year-career includes practice in the agency, corporate and nonprofit sectors, and he has been a public relations educator.

Currently, Del is Vice President of Communications at Wells Fargo in its Mid-Atlantic Region, responsible for all media relations and internal communications in Maryland, Virginia and Washington, DC. Previously, Del was Vice President of Communications at United Way Worldwide – the world’s largest privately supported nonprofit.

He has served with Young & Rubicam, Cohn & Wolfe, and Husk Jennings Galloway + Partners, where he was co-owner of this Florida-based advertising and public relations agency. He also served as Director of Corporate Communications at AT&T American Transtech.

Throughout his career, Del has managed a number of complex and successful communications programs. These include the start-up of a multi-national business, employee communications during a global downsizing, an image campaign for a major financial institution, a public awareness campaign for public broadcasting, an anniversary celebration for the world’s largest privately supported nonprofit, and multiple crisis communications programs.

In 2004, Del served as President and CEO of the Public Relations Society of America, the world’s largest organization for public relations professionals. He is an accredited practitioner (APR) and a member of PRSA’s College of Fellows. Del is a founding member of the Universal Accreditation Board and is a past chairman of the North American Public Relations Council. Del served in 1990 as President of the Florida Public Relations Association and is the recipient of FPRA’s “Dillin Award” for lifetime achievement in public relations. He also is a member and past chairman of the Public Relations Advisory Council at the University of Florida.

In 2006, Del received a fellowship at the University of Florida and was named the Freedom Forum Visiting Professor. Del holds a master’s degree in communications and a bachelor’s degree in public relations from the University of Florida, where he is honored as an “Alumni of Distinction.”

Lori George Billingsley has 29 years of public relations experience in developing and implementing breakthrough programs that meet organizational goals, target audience needs and produce results.  Currently, she is the Vice President of Community Relations for Coca-Cola North America (CCNA).  In this role, she oversees community giving and engagement for The Coca-Cola Company’s (TCCC) North America operating unit.
She has been in the Public Affairs and Communications (PAC) function of TCCC for the past 13 years in a variety of positions: Director of Community and Multicultural Communications and Executive Assistant to the Senior Vice President of CCNA PAC, Director of Shareowner Affairs, Director of Issues Communications and Director of Regional Communications.
Prior to joining TCCC, Lori had her own public relations consultancy, LG Communications.  The consultancy provided communications solutions for corporations, nonprofit organizations, associations, foundations, and public relations firms.  She was a vice president at Porter/Novelli, a leading public relations firm, where she managed a number of nationally-acclaimed public education campaigns for the National Heart, Lung, and Blood Institute and National Cancer Institute.  She co-founded the firm’s alliance building and multicultural communications practices and serviced clients, including federal agencies, Fortune 500 corporations, associations, and nonprofit organizations
Lori joined Porter/Novelli from the District of Columbia Government where she was a senior public affairs specialist.  In that capacity, she wrote speeches, promotional materials, coordinated events, publicity, and community outreach efforts for the Office of Human Rights and Minority Business.
She was an associate professor of public relations at Ohio Dominican College in Columbus, Ohio; taught classes as an instructor and lecturer at World Harvest Bible College in Columbus, Ohio; and Howard University in Washington, D.C.
She is a member of Leadership Atlanta’s Class of 2008 and of the Public Relations Society of America’s (PRSA) Georgia Chapter.  She has served on the Executive Committee for PRSA’s Multicultural Communications Section.  She serves on the Board of Directors of Atlanta Mission, Arete-Executive Women of Influence and on the Advisory Boards of Hosea Feed The Hungry & Homeless and Living Water for Girls.  Lori served on the United Way of Greater Atlanta’s Board and currently serves on its Community Engagement Council.  She also serves on the boards of the PRSA Foundation and the LAGRANT Foundation. She is a co-chair of the 2015 International PRSA Conference.
She was named one of The Network Journal’s 2015 Top 25 Influential Black Women in Business; an Atlanta’s Top 100 Black Women of Influence (2014) from the Atlanta Business League; received the Gospel Heritage Vision Lifter Award (2014); the Phenomenal Woman Award for Corporate Leadership (2013) from the Black Women’s Roundtable; the Global Visionaries Award (2010) for excellence in leadership and service from Howard University’s School of Communications (HUSOC).  She is a member of the HUSOC Board of Visitors.
Lori was a founding member of the Washington, D.C. Chapter of the Black Public Relations Society.  In addition to serving on several national and local boards and committees and receiving numerous awards for her work, she has judged national communications-related awards competitions; has authored papers, publications, articles and reports; and has conducted workshops and presentations on a variety of topics. 
She received her Bachelor of Arts in public relations at Howard University and her Master of Arts in public communications at American University, both in Washington, D.C.  Lori also is an ordained minister.
Mark Dvorak, APR, Fellow PRSA

For more than 20 years — on both the agency and client side — Mark Dvorak has built effective brand and reputation programs for corporate, nonprofit, association and government organizations worldwide, and helped them successfully navigate issues and crises.
Today, Mark leads the Atlanta office of Golin, a global top 10 firm that is bravely reinventing public relations and communications.  He also provides counsel to a number of the agency’s clients, including the National Peanut Board, Flowers Foods and several State of Georgia programs.
In 2009, Mark led the team that helped drive a resumption of consumption of all things peanut, after more than 3,000 products were recalled because of a salmonella outbreak that originated with one manufacturer.
Prior to joining GolinHarris, Mark was chief marketing and communications officer at United Way of Greater Atlanta.  There, he helped to transform the United Way brand locally and nationally from fundraiser to catalyst for community change.  He is most proud of the launch and explosive growth of United Way 211 — the nation’s three-digit telephone number for community services.  Today, more than 80 percent of all Americans have 211 services in their community.  Mark began his career as a press assistant to the mayor of New Orleans.
Long active with the Public Relations Society of America, Mark has been recognized as both the Georgia Chapter’s Luminary Star and Shining Star, and was president in 2002.  In 2013, he was inducted into the PRSA College of Fellows and the PRSA Georgia Order of the Phoenix.  He has served nationally as an eight-time Silver Anvil judge and as a member of the Business Case for Public Relations Task Force and the Universal Accreditation Board.  His teams have earned a number of local and national honors, including three Best of Show awards. 
Mark taught in the public policy school at Georgia State University.  He has an M.A. in journalism administration from the University of Memphis and a B.A. in communications and history from Loyola University New Orleans.  As an adept and passionate public speaker, Mark has presented to hundreds of companies and groups on topics ranging from real time marketing and making the business case for public relations to community involvement and launching a local 211 service.
